Your employer may ask you to obtain an accredited qualification for licencing purposes. Our course aims to provide and update you with current knowledge within the alcohol industry.
This is an online course only. A statement of attendance is issued. You need to complete the unit of competency to get a statement of attainment and get your physical card.
The RSA course will cover topics to help you deal with risk management and compliance issues that you may face during a shift. On completion you will receive a statement of attendance.

Course content:
- Sell or serve alcohol responsibly.
- Assist customers to drink within appropriate limits.
- Assess alcohol affected customers and identify customers to whom sale or service must be refused.
- Refuse to provide alcohol.
